2023-11-11AnnounceDear Dynex Miners,
on 11.11.2023, around 10:30 UTC a network-wide hashrate drop was observed on the Dynex blockchain. The cause of the initial drop was a change of the PoUW SAT job to an ML job by the Dynex team, motivated by a need to close the hashrate gap between SRBMiner and OZM after the announcement of identifying SRBMiner's changes to handling the SAT jobs which increased SRBMiner's hashrate while computing this type of jobs. The job change faced a download speed bottleneck and since then the network has recovered, but any GPUs using SRBMiner will have reduced hashrate from now on (while computing ML jobs). Nvidia miners may choose to keep using SRBMiner or switch to OZM, while AMD miners need to stay on SRBMiner and wait until new AMD miners are released, if wanting to continue mining Dynex.

When 4 snapshots are made, an announcement will be made, stating that there's still 1 snapshot left. The 5 snapshots will be taken at regular intervals from
